Maybe it's because we live in neighborhood dominated by the Chinese language, but Stephen thinks he can speak Chinese. He creates fake words for everything and now he swears he can actually speak full sentences in a language he hears on the streets, stores and MUNI. It's time to get him into a Spanish class.
